1. Refund Policy

(a) Chronic Therapy Pty. Ltd will only provide you with a refund for the Consultation Fee in the event they are unable to continue to provide the Services or if the manager of Chronic Therapy Pty. Ltd makes a decision, at its absolute discretion, that it is reasonable to do so under the circumstances .

(b) A consultation may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance of the booking, in this event a full refund will be issued to the Patient. Any cancellations made within 24 hours will not be refunded.
